The company
This is a hands-on recruitment role with a leadership dimension, sitting within a growing Talent Acquisition team that spans Europe and LATAM. You will split your time between running your own requisitions and serving as a go-to reference point for the European TA team, helping to unblock hiring funnels and maintaining momentum across the board.
The role is based in Madrid, at a well-connected office near Nuevos Ministerios and the Bernabéu stadium, with a hybrid model of two days per week on-site (typically Mondays and Wednesdays).
Missions
Your day-to-day will be approximately 80% operational recruiting and 20% team coordination. On the recruiting side, you will manage your own requisitions end-to-end with full ownership of the candidate experience. On the coordination side, you will support the European TA team by identifying where pipelines are stalling and stepping in with practical solutions: reassigning requisitions, exploring new sourcing channels, engaging external agencies, or proposing alternative location strategies.
You will not manage the team in a hierarchical sense at this stage, but you will be the person who spots bottlenecks before they become problems and drives the conversation on how to fix them.

Your Profile
1 to 2 years of experience in a team lead, senior, or coordination role within a TA or recruitment function. Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for daily stakeholder interactionComfortable working in a manual, structured process without relying on automation. Proven ability to analyse hiring funnel data and translate it into actionable next steps
