Sr. Program Manager
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be part of the Regulatory Program Management team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Hybrid role at Maple Grove, MN (3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range: $60/hr w2
What's the Job?
- Lead large-scale regulatory programs spanning multiple functional areas within the medical device sector.
- Develop, prioritize, and submit comprehensive project plans, budgets, and methodologies for key initiatives.
- Define project resources, establish milestones, and lead teams to achieve project goals effectively.
- Take ownership of project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
- Support and motivate local Program Managers to manage scope, budgets, and timelines, fostering best practices and consistency across teams.
What's Needed?
- Background with program and project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a related role.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple teams and locations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting regulatory or medical device programs is preferred.
