We are expanding our global team and looking for a Relationship Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management

  • Own and manage a client's portfolio based on a real-time setup;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs;
  • Build trust-based relationships with the clients;
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients;


Customer Experience & Retention

  • Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end customer journey;
  • Proactively identify risks, dissatisfaction, or churn signals and act upon them timely;
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally;


Operations Oversight

  • Guide clients through all processes that are implemented on our side and understanding the client needs fully;
  • Ensure timely and accurate information from our side;
  • Conduct NPS and CSAT surveys to identify highly satisfied customers and act based on their feedback;
  • Making use of the tools properly and correctly (HubSpot, Asana, Slack or any new tools that we may start using);
  • Following internal processes fully in an organize fashion (Asana Forms, HubSpot Playbooks etc.)
  • Cross team collaboration with internal teams to ensure the resolution time is aligned with our KPI;


Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

  • Handle complex client issues and escalations with urgency and timely (Internally and Externally);
  • Coordinate internal team to resolve problems efficiently;
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with clients in each situations;


Process Improvement & Feedback Loop

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest/report process improvements;
  • Collaborate with the other teams/stakeholders to enhance service delivery;
  • Document best practices and contribute to knowledge base;



Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, EoR/payroll, or B2B services environment
  • Proven experience managing a client portfolio independently and serving as the primary point of contact
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust with clients at different levels
  • Experience handling escalations and complex client issues with urgency, ownership, and clear communication
  • Ability to identify churn risks and dissatisfaction signals early and act on them proactively
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools — HubSpot and Asana are a strong advantage; comfortable adopting new tools quickly
  • Familiarity with NPS/CSAT methodology and acting on customer feedback
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable coordinating with internal teams to meet resolution KPIs
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and disciplined in following internal workflows (forms, playbooks, documentation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A continuous improvement mindset — able to spot recurring issues, propose solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base
