- Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side logic and client-side interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across various devices and browsers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of deployed applications.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP, along with experience in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
