Are you caring, passionate, active, honest, and kind?
Do you want a role where your values truly matter, and where the relationships you build can change lives?
This could be your moment.
We are looking for committed and compassionate individuals to join our Residential Childcare and Housing Support Service, supporting some of the most vulnerable young people in Fife. Why Work With Us
We offer shift work that may fit your life, your family, and other commitments, providing a supportive and professional team environment. In return, we offer meaningful work where no two days are the same, and where your contribution makes a genuine difference.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and trauma responsive environment - a secure base where children and young people can feel cared for, develop trusting relationships, and begin to flourish.
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide high‑quality care and support to children and young people within a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional and psychological needs are met. You will work alongside colleagues to deliver consistent, relationship‑based care that supports recovery, growth and positive outcomes.
