In this role, you will lead the modernization of the finance automation stack from Barcelona, starting with upgrading UiPath automations and refactoring them for scale. You’ll write stable Python and SQL solutions to support data and integration tasks, and help steer AI-enabled workflows as the automation program shifts forward. You will act as a technical SME, coaching finance colleagues and collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate needs into digital fixes. This is a hands-on, high-impact position within an international SSC, offering a path from legacy code remediation to AI-driven automation in a dynamic environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Upgrade and modernize existing UiPath automations: refactor code, upgrade specs, perform testing and hypercare.
• Develop using Python and SQL to deliver scalable data/integration solutions.
• Support the shift toward AI-enabled workflows and determine where intelligent tools complement RPA bots.

Responsabilidades
• ~3+ years hands-on UiPath development experience in enterprise settings
• Solid IT/software background with Python and SQL/databases
• Exposure to AI solutions with some hands-on experience
• Curiosity and drive to learn emerging AI technologies
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
• Fluent English
