Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our development processes.
Qualifications Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies (ActiveRecord).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku) and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara) and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills.
