Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications in a lean, agile environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mission-critical web application development, prioritizes code quality, and is comfortable working with modern tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in building mission-critical web applications
- Proficiency in Ruby with a strong understanding of well-tested code
- Strong command of Git (GitHub experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Grape or Rails API, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of monitoring, optimization, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Deployment) practices
