Ruby on Rails Developer(PostgreSQL ,GIT,AWS) -US based IT Co-Remote

Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer Experience: 4 to 6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote About the Role : Looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer who can independently build, maintain, and scale web applications end to end from database design to APIs to front-end integration while collaborating with a US-based team remotely. Required Skills:  Strong Ruby and Rails (v5/v6/v7) fundamentals  PostgreSQL or MySQL — schema design, migrations, query optimization  RESTful API development and third-party integrations  HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics; Hotwire/Turbo or React is a plus  Testing with RSpec or Minitest  Git, Linux command line, and deployment on AWS or Heroku  Docker and CI/CD familiarity is a plus  Background jobs with Sidekiq or Delayed Job Soft Skills  Self-driven and comfortable working independently  Proactive communicator across time zones  Good written English for async collaboration  Comfortable working across time zones (overlap with US hours preferred) Nice to Have :  GraphQL experience  Agile/Scrum background  Prior experience with US clients or remote teams
