Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer

About the Role : Looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer who can independently build, maintain, and scale web applications end to end from database design to APIs to front-end integration while collaborating with a US-based team remotely.
Required Skills:
Strong Ruby and Rails (v5/v6/v7) fundamentals
PostgreSQL or MySQL — schema design, migrations, query optimization
RESTful API development and third-party integrations
HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics; Hotwire/Turbo or React is a plus
Testing with RSpec or Minitest Git, Linux command line, and deployment on AWS or Heroku
Docker and CI/CD familiarity is a plus
Background jobs with Sidekiq or Delayed Job Soft Skills Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Proactive communicator across time zones
Good written English for async collaboration
Comfortable working across time zones (overlap with US hours preferred)
Nice to Have :
GraphQL experience
Agile/Scrum background
Prior experience with US clients or remote teams
