Safety Partner | Processing Operations

We're looking for an experienced Safety Partner to join our Lidcombe Processing team. Working alongside operational leaders and teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening safety capability, managing risk and continuing to build a proactive safety culture across a dynamic, hands-on operational environment.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Safety, you'll be a visible and trusted safety partner across processing operations. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to understand the realities of their operations and translate safety requirements into practical actions that work on the ground.
This isn't a role focused on simply policing compliance. You'll coach, challenge and influence leaders to take ownership of safety outcomes, build confidence in managing operational risk and embed safety into everyday decision-making.

About you
You're an experienced Safety professional who understands that strong safety outcomes are built through relationships, trust and genuine leadership ownership.
Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment, you're able to balance technical safety expertise with a practical and commercially considered approach. You know when to coach, when to challenge and how to bring people with you.
You'll bring:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or Lead Auditor Health and Safety qualification will be highly regarded.
