Job Title: Salesforce Developer and Admin

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug fixing of our Workforce solution built on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support critical workforce operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including navigation, form management, field-level security, validations, and APEX development.
Requirements
- Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms.
- Configure, update, and maintain field-level security and validations on forms.
- Perform APEX development and customization.
- Manage user profiles and service account configurations.
- Demonstrate strong SOQL skills, including query optimization, handling cross-table queries, and improving performance.
- Possess excellent communication skills, including status reporting and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
