Job Title: Salesforce Developer Full Stack / Architecture
Location: Ann Arbor, MI EST hours 100% Remote
Duration: 2 3 years estimated
Ideal Candidate Profile
Need someone who can:
- Perform custom development within Salesforce.
- Provide best practice recommendations.
- Think beyond immediate requirements and consider user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to both hands-on coding and system design.
- Preferred experience:
- Strong Salesforce development background.
- Full stack development experience.
- Architecture and system design capabilities (no dedicated architect on the team).
- Python experience is viewed as a plus.
- Experience with integrations and migrations involving non-Salesforce platforms.
Salesforce Environment
Current Salesforce ecosystem includes:
- Revenue Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Experience Cloud
Additional complexity:
- Significant integration work.
- Multiple migrations from non-Salesforce platforms.
Hiring Challenges
The client has struggled to find the right full-time candidates because:
- Candidates often look strong on paper but have narrower, more siloed experience than needed.
- They need developers who can operate across development, architecture, integrations, and business-facing discussions.
- The team would ideally like candidates to complete a one-day trial/pair programming exercise to validate skills.
