Location: Remote - Mexico
Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech
Skills Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of development experience on the Force.com platform
- Experience on Sales Cloud and Service and/or Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
- Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
- Having an active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a plus
- Must have hands‑on experience working with relational databases (MS‑SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts.
- Solid understanding of OAuth, REST, SOAP, event streaming (Pub/Sub, CDC) and messaging queues.
- Leveraged AI‑powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf to accelerate coding
- Contributions to AI‑driven Salesforce proof‑of‑concepts or pilots would be a plus.
- Supports Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
