Job Summary:
The AZDES - DTS Developer role involves leading the architectural design and technical development of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. The position focuses on delivering high-performance, secure, and personalized user experiences through advanced Lightning Web Components and integrations. The developer will also manage governance processes, data integration, and provide leadership and mentorship in coding standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting appropriate templates for performance and SEO.
- Design robust security models including External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms.
- Define branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployment.
- Develop modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized content journeys.
- Design workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external user transactions.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles.
- Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems such as ERP, AWS, and Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and ensure scalability and governor limit compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communications and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and development.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, especially for the LWR framework.
- Knowledge of security models including External Identity and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies for Salesforce metadata.
- Experience with Salesforce CMS, Audience Targeting, and process automation using Flows and Apex.
- Skills in API integration using REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
- Strong code review and governance capabilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Must pass Background Checks and Drug Screenings through HireRight.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integration.
- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex for handling high-volume transactions.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience in a development team.
