The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Framework.
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio) to build scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio) components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers.
- Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support deployments, integrations, and production issue resolution.
