Job Title: SAP ABAP & API Integration Developer (ECC / S/4HANA | Gateway | RAP/CAP)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP & API Integration Developer with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, API-first development, and SAP BTP integration patterns. The candidate will design and build scalable OData APIs, RAP-based services, and modern integration artifacts enabling seamless connectivity between SAP and enterprise platforms (., MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
This role requires strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, SAP Gateway, CDS, RAP, and API lifecycle management, with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean-core principles.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of SAP ABAP development experience, including S/4HANA exposure Strong expertise in:ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, performance optimization)SAP Gateway & OData service developmentRAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) Solid understanding of:API design principles (REST, JSON, OAuth, API lifecycle)Integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) Experience with:Enhancements (BADIs, Exits), BAPIs, RFCsEnd-to-end API development and consumption Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments Strong communication skills with ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
