SAP & Cloud Technical Programme / Program Manager

ECM Talent is recruiting on behalf of a major global consumer goods brand, supporting a large-scale S/4HANA and cloud transformation programme across the globe. This is a senior-level contract role for a Technical Programme Manager with a genuine SAP background — not a generalist Project /program Manager .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Leading end-to-end programme delivery across SAP and cloud workstreams
• Managing senior stakeholders across engineering, product, security, and business functions
• Defining scope, milestones, risk frameworks, and success metrics
• Keeping complex cross-functional delivery on track across ESSA markets
• Providing clear, data-driven status reporting to senior leadership
• Driving continuous improvement across Agile and SAFe delivery practices
SAP AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)
• SAP S/4HANA experience across BASIS, Integration, or application development
• BASIS: system landscape, transport management, performance tuning, upgrades
• SAP Integration: Integration Suite, BTP, PI/PO, or API-led patterns
• Cloud platform experience — Azure preferred, AWS or GCP considered
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and enterprise security frameworks
PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of programme or project management in technical environments
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe experience — PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Track record in large-scale enterprise or FMCG environments a strong advantage
