Job Summary:

The SAP Developer/Global Support Manager - Cloud and Data Engineering Architect role is a senior-level position responsible for leading architecture design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale cloud solutions. This role focuses on modernizing DEA's cloud-native integration platform to support statewide agency integrations, SCEIS, and enterprise business applications. The position offers a fully remote work environment with occasional onsite visits and requires expertise in Azure Cloud and integration architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
  • Provide senior-level architecture leadership for modernization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a cloud-native integration platform for statewide agencies and enterprise applications.
  • Manage global support for SAP development and integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Participate in virtual or onsite interviews and meetings as required.
  • Comply with security and travel policies as mandated by the organization.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in Azure Cloud and integration architecture.
  • Strong background in SAP development and global support management.
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-native integration platforms.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Valid security clearance or ability to obtain required security clearance.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience with statewide agency integrations and SCEIS systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business application integration.
  • Prior experience in remote work environments with occasional onsite presence.
  • Additional cloud certifications related to Azure or integration technologies.
Special Considerations:
  • Fully remote work with approximately 2-4 onsite days per month or as directed.
  • All travel-related expenses for onsite visits are the responsibility of the resource.
  • No South Carolina residency required; open to nationwide candidates.
  • Must adhere to security requirements and maintain necessary clearances.
Scheduling:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Work hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone.
  • Contract duration of 12 months with possibility of extension.
