Key Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Solution Support
Analyse, investigate and resolve SAP S/4HANA Cloud business and technical requirements, incidents and service requests.
Implement approved system enhancements, configuration changes and integration solutions.
Monitor SAP platform performance and proactively address operational issues.
Provide technical guidance and feedback to business stakeholders regarding solution options and impacts. SAP Integration Architecture
Design, develop and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and internal or third-party systems.
Manage API, middleware and interface solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Ensure integration solutions comply with architectural, security and governance standards.
Lead root cause analysis for integration failures and implement preventative measures SAP Development & Technical Delivery
Lead SAP ABAP development activities where permitted within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.
Oversee developer extensibility using SAP BTP services and SAP development best practices.
Review technical designs and ensure solution quality before deployment.
Maintain technical documentation, specifications and support procedures.
Support SAP Cloud ALM operations, monitoring and environment administration BTP global account administration.
