- Independently perform software functional testing to ensure the product meets system specifications on assigned projects.
- Perform software Regression Testing to ensure that no defects are introduced from changes made during and between design cycles
- The creation and prioritization of basic to complex test cases using industry best practices for testing methodology
- Participate and provide feedback in Requirements, Design, and Interface Specification review to ensure product testability.
- Participate in improving Quality Assurance standards and support Audit processes.
- Interact with Project team and QA team members on completing assigned tasks and provide status.
- Able to work on multiple tasks and prioritize them, escalate any issues to QA Lead/Manager and be proactive.
- Effectively communicate status, issues, and concerns with QA Lead/Manager or team members
- Take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments.
- Create or upload manual test cases in JIRA. Execute test scripts, and report and maintain defects in JIRA.
