SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
Experience leading global ERP implementations or enterprise modernization programs.
Manufacturing, technology, engineering, or regulated industry experience.
PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate, or similar certifications.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can influence challenging stakeholders, build structure where processes are still maturing, and drive alignment across diverse business groups. Executive presence, communication skills, leadership ability, and ERP transformation experience are critical for success in this role.
Note: SAP experience is highly preferred; however, proven enterprise program leadership, stakeholder management, governance expertise, and large-scale ERP transformation experience are more important than deep SAP module-level configuration knowledge.
