In SIMULATION Business Unit We are looking for a SAR Simulation E2E Engineer to support the development of advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) simulation solutions for spaceborne and airborne applications.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and validation of end-to-end SAR simulation chains within innovative R&D and customer-driven projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain End-to-End SAR simulation tools and algorithms
- Support SAR performance analysis, modeling, and validation activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on software integration and technical activities
- Prepare technical documentation and support customer technical discussions
Required Skills
- MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Good knowledge of RADAR principles, signal processing, and scientific programming
- Experience with scientific programming and software development (Python)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and version control systems (e.g. Git)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAR simulation or remote sensing applications
- Knowledge of C/C++, Linux environments, and software development workflows
- Familiarity with radar system analysis and image formation techniques
- Familiarity with XML/JSON configuration management and automated pipelines
