You drive security analytics within Allianz’s Digital Resilience as a Service framework, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. You will integrate data from security and IT domains, build dashboards, and set KPIs to shape risk-informed decisions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, data-driven performance and risk visibility. This role offers a chance to influence security analytics at scale in a trusted, mission-driven environment.

• Engage with senior stakeholders (CISO, SecOps, GRC, IT) to align analytics with organizational goals
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences with clear impact
• Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems
• Utilize Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization
• Implement scheduled data refreshes, Row-Level Security, dataset governance, and performance optimization
• Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights supporting strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and drive data-driven strategies
• Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs including vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing training outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance
• Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions and documentation
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and trend reporting
• Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
• Maintain controls for data minimization, secure handling, encryption, and least privilege access
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Proven experience xqbhyrx leading data analytics teams and projects focused on security analytics
• Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices
• Good English skills; additional languages welcome
• Interest and affinity for IT and GenAI considered valuable assets
