Senior Controller
Location: Massillon, Ohio
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 including bonus

Position Overview: Senior Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations for the U.S. business while partnering closely with executive leadership and the global finance team. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational analysis while helping drive continuous improvements across financial systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of Controller, Assistant Controller, or accounting leadership experience preferred
