ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a Data Intelligence team in the fashion retail sector, contributing to the digitalisation of purchasing processes and the creation of visual data products. This role focuses on transforming spreadsheet-based information into structured, reliable and business-oriented Power BI reporting.

Hybrid 3 days in the office in Porto (mandatory)


WHAT YOU WILL DO


- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.

- Transform purchasing-related data from Excel-based processes into structured visual data products.

- Query, validate and analyse data using SQL.

- Build clear and reliable data views to support decision-making.

- Work with senior stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting needs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability across reporting deliverables.

- Support the continuous improvement of existing reports and analytical processes.

- Translate business requirements into practical data visualisation solutions.

- Document data logic, report assumptions and relevant reporting flows.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting roles.

- Strong daily experience working with Power BI and SQL.

- Ability to work with autonomy and without relevant technical restrictions in the required stack.

- Experience transforming business data into clear and actionable visual insights.

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality.

- Ability to learn business context and apply it to reporting and analysis.

- Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach.

- Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
