Senior Document Controller
We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to support the delivery of large-scale water projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating document review workflows, maintaining project records, and ensuring timely distribution of RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, and other project deliverables. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced engineering, construction, or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 7 years of document control experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, water, industrial, or related industries. Strong understanding of document control principles, revision management, and records management practices. Experience supporting large multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
