About the role
At Lendlease, operating safely across all operations and projects, and maintaining the physical and mental health of our people is a significant part of our culture and the way we do business.
We are currently looking for multiple Senior EHS Coordinators to join our team in NSW to support the NSW project portfolio.
This role will see you work with the project team to lead safety on site. You will be responsible for driving EHS performance, providing technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitor compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate all EH&S paperwork, reporting and compliance administration providing information support the EHS compliance reporting and analysis.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Coordinate safety programs to fulfill contractual obligations.
Providing coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
Maintain accurate EHS records, registers, and reporting systems
About you
Prior experience in a Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS related position, from within the construction industry Experience in a EHS Analysis and reporting role and/or knowledge and understanding the construction industry.
Experience working on site on a commercial and/or residential construction project.
An understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
Knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
