Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and milestones.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes and workflows.

You should have the ability to work independently and have attention to detail (e.g. enumerate and resolve happy and unhappy paths for a feature they’re working on, built widgets match Figma designs 1:1, done is done, etc.). Basically, we need a senior developer that doesn’t require mentoring.
