Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who can architect, design, and implement advanced web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Next.js, Python, Django, and AI/ML frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end scalable products.

This role demands a mix of technical leadership, problem‑solving skills, and hands‑on coding expertise to drive innovation within Ken Research’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django (backend).
• Architect RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications for advanced analytics, recommendation systems, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, cloud‑native development, and modern fullstack frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in fullstack development with hands‑on coding and project leadership.
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/Material UI.
  • Backend: Python, Django/Flask, FastAPI.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • AI/ML: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar frameworks.
  • DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/CI‑CD pipelines, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Others: API design, microservices architecture, authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
  
  
• Strong problem‑solving skills, system design knowledge, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Prior experience in leading teams or owning product modules is preferred.
