Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Java Architect with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Java technologies, Microservices, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a proven track record of architecting scalable and resilient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing, and secure Java-based applications.
- Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise applications.
- Lead the design and development of Microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Drive cloud adoption initiatives and architect solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
- Implement distributed caching mechanisms using Redis.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the platform.
- Support CI/CD implementation and promote DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Java application development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Strong knowledge of Open Source frameworks and tools.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
