Enterprise Manager Sustaining Engineering team is responsible for fixing and resolving production issues of Enterprise Manager product from both On Premise and Cloud Customers.
When the Oracle Support Organization needs additional assistance in solving a customer reported problem, they come to us to fix it at the source code level.
Often the stakes can be high: a production system is down, an upgrade has failed or go-live is delayed.
Understanding the complex code quickly and conceptualizing the interaction of software components and products together in a stack, our engineers are able to piece together clues from the failures and come up with resolutions.
