- System Design & Evolution: Research, architect, and modify enterprise-wide systems, prototyping innovative solutions and adopting new technologies to optimize the user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and drive engineering best practices, code quality, and application stability. Mentor global teams to write elegant code using Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects, product owners, UX/UI designers, and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into compliant, scalable software.
- Production & Deployment: Own the deployment lifecycle of application releases across production and non-production environments using modern DevOps practices.
- Project Delivery: Help define project timelines, identify milestone deliverables, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of expertise with Java and Spring Framework
- Extensive background in Enterprise SaaS application development.
- Deep knowledge of Hibernate / JPA.
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Strong capability in PL/SQL, stored procedures, and database tuning/optimization.
- Deep expertise in API-Driven Development, including RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
