We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions.
In this role, you will work on designing and building scalable backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence. It’s an opportunity to work on challenging projects, mentor team members, and play a key role in delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party platforms
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and front-end engineers to gather and refine requirements for new features
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing and ensure automated test coverage to maintain high code quality and system reliability
- Troubleshoot and optimize backend systems, leveraging tools like Splunk for monitoring and log analysis
- Lead code reviews to enforce coding standards, architecture best practices, and team-wide consistency
- Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and ensure adherence to continuous integration and automated deployment standards
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior developers, foster knowledge sharing, and support the technical growth of the team
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Advanced expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot Frameworks
- Strong experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures, including RESTful API development and security best practices
- Proven ability to work with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk for debugging and optimization
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Redux, and TypeScript, and ability to collaborate across the full stack when needed
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Jenkins for automated build and deployment processes
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure is desirable
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a C1+ level or higher
