Developing and testing solutions in Java based on given requirementsEstimating tasks and participating in daily team sync‑upsParticipating in code reviewsDaily communication with the client through emails, phone sync‑ups etc.Collaborating with the QA engineering team to ensure the delivered code meets the defined standards.
Qualifications
Experience with the latest Java versions (7+ years)Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP principles, design patterns, and engineering practicesExperience with cloud platforms (e.G. Azure, AWS)Knowledge of Web protocols and technologies, RESTful Web servicesExperience with source code versioning systems (Perforce, Git, SVN)Good verbal and written EnglishExperience with both SQL & NoSQL databasesExperience with MicroservicesSolid understanding of the complete product development cycleStrong analytical skills, systematic approach, and self‑reliantFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with Kubernetes and Docker, Spring and Spring Boot
