Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and solutions using Java
- Enhance and optimize automated test suites, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Analyze defects and identify root causes to improve product quality
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, SQL, Cucumber, and Selenium
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through tools such as SonarQube
- Build, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Manage source code repositories and review processes using Bitbucket
- Monitor test execution results and provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with development and business teams to define testing requirements and coverage
- Produce and maintain technical documentation related to automation frameworks and testing processes
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience with Java, including automation framework development
- Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
- Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as:
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Appium
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing custom scripts
- Experience with software testing methodologies and automation best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience leading or coordinating development or QA automation teams
- Experience with:
- Spring Boot
- Vue.js
- REST API integrations
- REST Assured
- Postman
- Knowledge of test management and collaboration tools:
- Jira
- Xray
- HP Service Manager
- Confluence
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana
- Knowledge of containerization technologies:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent experience in software quality management
