You will join a development team that builds in-house applications and integrates vendor products for our US Regulatory Reporting business in Finance IT. You will be leading the technical and architectural design to create scalable technology solutions powering growth, improving client experience, and making our reporting and support teams more efficient. You will bring expertise in cloud infrastructure, as well as AI/ML framework and MCP Server implementation to enhance automation, data analysis, and intelligent reporting capabilities. What you will do
- Hands-on application design, coding, and deployment on cloud-based environment
- Design and implement big data processing, AI agentic solutions to optimize regulatory reporting workflows and reduce manual effort
- Liaison with business partners to deliver solutions based on clients' needs, translating business requirements into AI-driven technical approaches
- Provide technical influence by sharing deep knowledge and experience in emerging AI technologies
- Maintain code quality, best practices, and responsible AI governance across the stack
- Support and maintain the team application suites on various technical infrastructures and architectures
- Help increase adoption of emerging technology within area of expertise
What you need to succeed
Must have - 5+ years of experience combined in programming, small to large-scale applications, frontend and backend engineering, test-driven development, microservices and architecture design principles
- AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with foundational models and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Hands on experience of MCP server implementation
- Demonstrated strong team leadership and ability in written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project
- Experience with microservices in cloud such as OpenShift, Azure
- Experience with data lake and database engines such as HDFS, Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Mentor on standards and coding practices and debug very complex or urgent problems. Maximize reuse and build sustainable applications
Nice‑to‑have - Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau
- Experience with middleware technologies such as Kafka, Redis
- Experience with various DevOps pipeline and cloud tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, Apigee, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus IQ, SonarQube, UCD, Artifactory, etc.
