Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members..
Qualifications
- Depth experience with Java development.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful service implementations.
- Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles (e.g., SOLID, GoF, MVVM).
- Experience building Distributed / Service Oriented / Microservice -style and cloud based architectures (Amazon, ECS, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Hands on experience with Jenkins, TeamCity, Sonar Cube, BitBucket
- Experience in software development SDLC (Agile)
- Excellent knowledge of Multithreading, Thread-Pools with strong OOP and OOAD skills
- Exposure to or experience in message driven architectures
