NON-NEGOTIABLES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
Java (5+ years) Demonstrated background building enterprise-grade custom applications, applying modern design patterns, and writing clean, scalable code.
IBM WebSphere / WebSphere Portal (5+ years) Deep hands-on experience designing, constructing, and maintaining WebSphere application server environments.
AWS Architecture (Advanced / P3 Level) Direct experience designing scalable cloud solutions and integrating AWS infrastructure components.
Banking/Financial Services Domain Experience Industry experience navigating banking environments and requirements.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Strong client communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
