Responsibilities
- Serve as a core developer responsible for building and implementing the core modules of the new Property Sales System (PSS)
- Build and maintain robust APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the PSS and other systems
- Strictly adhere to the development languages, frameworks, and design pattern standards established by the Architect
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications and system workflow diagrams
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the solution architecture is fully aligned with business requirements, delivery milestones, and project timelines
Requirements
- Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in development roles
- Full-stack development capability across backend and frontend components
- Experience in delivery features in an iterative/agile way, including participation in code reviews and unit testing
- Ability to quickly adapt to new open-source libraries and frameworks
- Strong team player capable of working closely with the Architect and fellow programmers to solve complex logic issues
- High standards for code cleanliness, security, and unit testing to minimize production bugs
- Technical Proficiency:
- Backend: Java or .NET technology stacks.
- Frontend: Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.
- Database: SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and database optimization
- APIs: RESTful services, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
- Modern Tool: Containerization (e.g. Docker)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
