2 roles open- will be working on a large platform / imaging - data manipulation AWS very strong Python Developer/ HM has been receiving candidates more heavy with API or interface/web development or ETL pipeline about tooling not coding there are some that do minor clean up...need stronger experience here. Need a lot of coding based on complex business logic. Not Engineer or Java Developer. Need experience to manipulate large data sets over a complex platform.

Technical Questions: Concerns from the HM - During interviews - HM finds they are able to follow the formula the candidates provide- HM ask about their experience during the interview process to see if it applies to what they are looking for this role. Problem - not finding candidates that have experience with Python coding specific experience is what the managers looking for. The manager feels theyve received candidates who has added key words that might be related but not applicable to this role - feels AI jargon was included on the resumes. Limited context on what the candidate actually did in Python in-depth. HM wants to put their real experience on the resumes to spell out
