About the team:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team focused on AI and digital transformation. This role is designed for a senior, hands‑on engineer with a strong background in backend development, data processing, and production‑grade machine learning integration.
As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in building scalable platforms and services that enable AI‑driven solutions. You will influence technical direction, ensure engineering quality, and mentor less experienced engineers, while working closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.

In our team, you will be responsible for :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python‑based backend applications and services.

• Integrate machine learning models into production workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and auditability.

• Own features end‑to‑end, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Platform teams.

• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, promoting best practices and long‑term maintainability.

• Support and improve testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

• Perform code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality, reliability, and security.

• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team growth and technical standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.

• Work effectively in Agile / Scrum environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Python for backend and service development

• Solid knowledge of data structures, APIs, and backend systems

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

• Experience integrating ML models into real‑world, production systems

• SQL and NoSQL databases with a strong focus on data modeling and performance

• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes

• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence

• 3+ years of hands‑on Python experience, with a strong senior‑level engineering profile

• Proven experience building enterprise‑grade backend systems

• Solid understanding of scalable architecture and design patterns

• Experience working with cloud‑native and containerized environments

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• High attention to accuracy, quality, and operational stability
