We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and shape the development of cutting-edge web platforms, empowering the learning experiences of millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and services, utilizing Python, gRPC, Google Cloud Platform services and APIs
- Write clean, readable, maintainable and testable code, and improve the existing code while implementing new features
- Write unit and integration tests
- Define infrastructure using Terraform
- Communicate with stakeholders (mostly engineers) from the customer side
- Perform code reviews, write technical documentation
Requirements :
- Strong Python knowledge and experience (3+ years), with a good understanding of the language
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other major cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
- Good knowledge and understanding of design patterns and algorithms
- Understanding of databases and SQL knowledge
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, working autonomously on a set of tasks defined at a high level
- Good communication skills
- English skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of gRPC and Terraform
- Skills in TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Angular
- Knowledge of Java
- Experience with Google tools and systems
