RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance development productivity, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks
- Collect, preprocess, and evaluate data for model training; utilize various algorithms and prompting strategies to refine and iterate model outputs based on real-world feedback to achieve optimal performance
- Create detailed technical documentation covering prompt strategy, evaluation metrics, AI/ML infrastructure, and implementation details; effectively present these findings and results
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure integrated and cohesive development efforts
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies in AI/ML to integrate into current and future projects
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting thorough code reviews and adhering to software development best practices
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for cross-platform development tasks
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills at a B2 level or higher
