Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, experience working with modern application architectures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Python.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices.
- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and project planning activities.
- Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience with NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle technologies and Oracle Database.
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise application architectures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to SaaS applications and cloud-native development.
- Understanding of automation, AI, or data integration solutions.
