Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 6–10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, state management, API integration, and front-end best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive, user-friendly applications while ensuring code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js .
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with back-end developers.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem, front-end technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux , Context API, or Redux Toolkit.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
