Job Description
Drive regional delivery of a large‑scale micro‑frontend platform (React/TypeScript, Module Federation) serving multiple channels and regions from a shared codebase. Act as a standards‑setter across a large, distributed engineering team, not just an individual contributor.
Core Requirements
- Expert‑level React and TypeScript, with strong command of type‑system design and rendering/performance fundamentals
- Proven experience with micro‑frontend architecture (Module Federation or equivalent) at production scale
- Track record of defining and enforcing engineering standards adopted across multiple teams
- Experience building shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by many downstream consumers
- Familiarity with multi‑region/multi‑channel product delivery, balancing shared core code against local configuration
- Working knowledge of modern build tooling (Webpack/Rspack/Rsbuild or similar)
Preferred
- Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns)
- Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking)
- Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross‑origin script loading)
Working Style
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a large enterprise environment with existing compliance and CI/CD constraints
- Able to author technical specs/guidelines that senior peers will adopt
- Collaborative across regional teams, not purely solo execution focused
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
