You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Your Impact Your Experience * Bachelor's degree in engineering* 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.* Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities.* Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes.* Experience managing projects.* Experience with Weibull and other statistical analysis methods.* Proficient in using MS Office Suite* Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred.* Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses.* Ability to support off shifts when business needs arise* Willingness to travel up to 10%. #LI-Onsite #LI-MSL #LI-MW1 Compensation Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
