Job Description
Join our growing team at The Agave Cantina, Rotterdam's newest and most exciting Mexican restaurant!
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Server/Bartender who takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining and bar experience.
As a Server/Bartender you will take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve cocktails, margaritas, beer, and wine, keep your station and bar area clean and organized at all times, monitor inventory and communicate proactively when items are running low, and ensure every guest leaves happy and wanting to come back.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely loves making people feel welcome.
Previous server and/or bartending experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
Compensation: $10.70/hour + tips
