Server / System Administrator (Hypervisor Virtualization Expert)
Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s virtualization platform (VMware vSphere, Proxmox, KVM, Hyper-V)
Handle server hardware, storage, virtual machine lifecycle, resource allocation, and high-availability cluster setup
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, backup & recovery, patching, and troubleshooting
Develop operation & maintenance standards and emergency response plans to ensure 7×24 system stability
Collaborate with development and business teams to support system deployment and scaling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of virtualization operations experience, proficient in at least one major Hypervisor
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server, scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus
VMware VCP or equivalent certification preferred
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Immediately available is highly preferred
